The wire mixer net ensures that your powder supplements are as smooth and lump-free as possible. Make sure it is at the top base of the shaker before the liquid is applied, add liquid and supplements, secure the lid and shake. The wire mixer net is also stainless steel meaning it can be washed and not rust.
We do not recommend using your BN Protein Shaker with hot liquids.
No, the shaker should not be used in the microwave.
1. Unscrew the lid, and remove the mixer net.
2. Add powder supplement and liquid of choice to your shaker.
3. Place the mixer net at the top.
4. Screw the lid back on. Ensure the cap is in the closed position, then shake.
5. You can add your vitamins and more powder supplements to the other compartments.
Your shaker can be washed by hand in warm soapy water. The gloss finish may be damaged in the dishwasher.

I like my bottle but it is already has a bit of wear and tear.
The lid when unscrewing it the whole inside stays on the bottle but I like the size just hard to scoop the protein water into it when I don’t have a funnel been using paper as a funnel
