Protein Rich Strawberry Chia Puddings

2 cups almond milk
1-2 scoops Plain or Vanilla Protein Powder
3 tsp Chia seeds
5-6 strawberry
2 dates or 3 prunes or 1/3 cup sultanas


In your BN Shaker, combine 2 cups almond milk and 1-2 scoops Plain or Vanilla Protein Powder
Shake well
Transfer to a larger vessel and add the Chia seeds, shake well and leave to sit for 15 min
Blend half of the strawberries and 2 dates or 3 prunes, or 1/3 cup sultanas
Chop the other half of the strawberries into small pieces
Shake or stir the Chia seed mixture
Dispense into your BN Snacker compartments
Put them in the fridge for 1-2 hours
Mix the strawberry Puree and the Strawberry pieces and top each portion with berry mix

Store in the fridge for up to 4 days!
