Healthy Chocolate Breakfast Muffins
9 ingredients, 5-minute prep, 12 minutes bake
DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups almond meal
- ½ cup chocolate protein powder (such as Formulite)
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
WET INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup almond or coconut milk
- ½ cup honey/maple syrup

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat over to 180° C
- Mix all dry ingredients together
- Beat eggs and combine with olive oil in a bowl
- Mix in milk and honey/maple syrup
- Mix wet and dry ingredients well
- Use a friand tin to provide a small portion size
- Cook for 12-15 minutes
- Freeze in groups of 2 (one serve)
