Choc-Chia Overnight Oats

choc-chia overnight oats


½ cup plain rolled oats (not quick oats)

¼ cup Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)

¼ cup non-dairy milk of choice (or coconut water/plain water)

2 tsp cacao powder

2 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp organic honey


Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl
COmbine wet and dry
Then dispense into small serving sized jars (Ezy - Snax is perfect for this_ then you have 5 breaky's good to go
Just store them in the fridge
Add berries or nuts if you wish
You can also add 50g collagen powde. to the whole mix for a boost of protein.
