Choc-Chia Overnight Oats


  • ½ cup plain rolled oats (not quick oats)
  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk of choice (or coconut water/plain water)
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp organic honey


  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl

  3. COmbine wet and dry

  4. Then dispense into small serving sized jars (Ezy - Snax is perfect for this_ then you have 5 breaky's good to go

  5. Just store them in the fridge

  6. Add berries or nuts if you wish

  7. You can also add 50g collagen powde. to the whole mix for a boost of protein.
