- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 25g Chocolate Flavoured Protein Powder
- Top with yogurt (5% protein) and crunchy muesli to taste
Method
- Pop all ingredients in the blender and blitz to form a sorbet-like consistency.
- Place one serving into a small bowl, top with yoghurt and muesli, and you're good to go well in the fridge.
