No problem in taking these. Advised by my doctor to take every second day. Take with water only.

Dr put me on Maltafer tablets my iron was low and not really moving after 6 months I’d had enough and the found that Bn had iron tablets so I changed and now My iron is climbing and I feel so much better, it really does show that our absorption is different now and the chemical receipe from BN iron are made for us to absorb , unfortunately a lot of shelf vitamins are the wrong chemical receipe for Biatric absorption. Best thing I did was change to Bn iron tablets

I have not had a lot of success with other Iron medicine,but so far these have been good and I tolerate them.

No issues taking. But concerned it causes constipation , usually now take it with a fibre supplement

I suffer from low iron, my recent blood test came back with my iron levels now in healthy range. I haven't suffered any side effects such as constipation either. I highly recommend this product to assist with iron deficiency.

this iron and vit c is gentle on the stomach and digestive system. no problems with constipation or diarrhoea. in fact no digestive upsets at all. Iron levels stable so obsorbed well too. will keep buying and taking

Good product

These tablets are easy to take. My surgery was postponed till February 25, due to a mix-up & misunderstanding with my private health fund, therefore I have only had one bottle to try thus far and saving the rest till just prior to my surgery.

Since been diagnosed with low iron levels and taking these tablets I do feel not so tried and last bloods showed an increase in levels so yeah I take them alongside my multi’s

They are quite large n size and i struggled at first to take, but they have no after taste which is great.

I love them but above comment applies to all my vitamins. They deemed them as not vital which was a bit hard. Pleased to be back on everything 🙌

Only just realised they have vit c too! Bonus.

Pills are flattish, round and orange and I found easy to swallow.

I have to take an iron supplement post bypass, but some supplements upset my stomach. The BN iron + vitamin C tablets are great and they don't upset my stomach at all.
