They are quite large n size and i struggled at first to take, but they have no after taste which is great.

It also means I have more than I need of everything.
I love them but above comment applies to all my vitamins. They deemed them as not vital which was a bit hard. Pleased to be back on everything 🙌

I suffer from low iron, my recent blood test came back with my iron levels now in healthy range. I haven't suffered any side effects such as constipation either. I highly recommend this product to assist with iron deficiency.
