It also means I have more than I need of everything.
I love them but above comment applies to all my vitamins. They deemed them as not vital which was a bit hard. Pleased to be back on everything 🙌

Since been diagnosed with low iron levels and taking these tablets I do feel not so tried and last bloods showed an increase in levels so yeah I take them alongside my multi’s

Pills are flattish, round and orange and I found easy to swallow.
