Really easy to take and taste nice

I was taking these tablets ad-hoc as and when I remembered but when I had my bloods done in Nov 2025, the test results showed that my Vit D and calcium levels were in the low range. From that point onwards, I took 2 x tablets every single day and had another blood test on 12 January 2026. My GP called to say both levels have vastly improved and am now in the healthy range which will help to improve my bone density.

I have trouble swallowing the regular calcium tablets. A friend recommended the BN Calcium. They are easy to take and taste great.

There good and not a bad taste at all

These are okay, thought I would give them a go. I mean, they are handy to be in chewable format, but I prefer the ones you get overseas that look and taste like Star Bursts, these ones are a little chalky. Okay, I suppose they won't melt in hot weather.

Much better flavour than the caramel chews.

I don't like the sweetness or the powder taste in your mouth when chewing them.

While the tablets are tasty I am finding it hard to have them every day ( but I do). They get a bit sickly

These don’t taste bad but they are big and having to chew two every evening can sometimes upset my stomach..otherwise they are good.

My Calcium, multi and B12 are my non negotiable - i am 3 yrs Post Op and feeling absolutely fantastic and i truely believe it is because i am consistent with my vitamins. They are the anchor for my body and mind.
